Activation of IT Services
Request of a new account
Since March 2017 the request for access to the Department has had to be submitted on line by the person concerned. When the user’s access has been authorized, he/she receives a confirmation e-mail and after a few days he/she is automatically allowed to use the Department IT services.

DII provides users with a range of IT and network services accessible through authentication: in most cases the University account (University Single Sign On / e-mail @unipd.it) can be used, while in other cases a Department account has to be used.
University Account (University Single Sign On)
Account management
For the activation of, renewal of or problems with your Single Sign on and University e-mail account (@unipd.it), contact the University IT Services.
In case you need the Department approval, send a request to the DII Helpdesk, section "SERVIZI INFORMATICI::1 Account e servizi di rete".

- Wifi Eduroam network

- Azure Dev Tools for Teaching
Department Account

An e-mail with your access user credentials will be sent to you upon completion of your access request procedure.
In case you lost your password, send a request to the DII Helpdesk, section "SERVIZI INFORMATICI::1 Account e servizi di rete"
