For information not available on the e-learning platform Didattica DII, on the websites of our Degree Programmes, on the DII website or on the website of the University of Padova, send a request to the Helpdesk of the Department of Industrial Engineering.

Before sending such a request, read carefully the Academic Office FAQs.

For important issues which can not be solved by Helpdesk, you can make an appointment by sending a motivated request to our Helpdesk (at the queue "DIDATTICA::1 Carriere studenti") in order to meet the Academic referee of your Degree Programme either in the flesh or by ZOOM.
