The Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Padua actively participates in ESF projects that are funded through the Veneto Region.

"Fellowship visiting" is a type of intervention, introduced in 2018 with the aim of fostering collaboration and scientific exchange at international level with foreign universities and research centers.

These are grants that will allow foreign academics and researchers to carry out research project activities at the Department of Industrial Engineering for a limited time period depending on whether they are experienced scholars (named "Advanced fellowship") or young scholars (named "Young Talents Fellowship"). The general goal is to provide added value to projects by encouraging and strengthening joint research work and the development of future research projects.
