This workshop showcases how Design for Reliability (DfR) should be applied in today’s industries. It includes:

• Overall approach to DfR – V Model
• Derivation of the reliability requirements considering data from connected devices
• DfR at system level: Reliability Breakdown Structure, Reliability allocation
• DfR at component level: Damage mechanisms and design guidelines
• Reliability verification: Test-to-pass vs Test to Failure
